Beach School Foundation acts as a completely independent, not-for-profit organization in support of the current historical K-6 elementary school education provided on Lummi Island. BSF has pending status as a nonprofit tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation in the state of Washington.

Donations to BSF have been officially approved by the IRS as tax-deductible.
